Walking With Him Until I Am Not

A Hiding Place

In Proposal (I) we discussed this week Brian and Ciara (the author) were the youngest and “weakest” among their neighborhood kids so that they hid themselves in a tree house where Brian thought Mike (It) would never look and they wouldn’t be found out. Knowing he wouldn’t outrun his peers to reach Home Base in the game of high-and-go-seek, Brian in order to outwin the other kids thought up a winning proposal: to hide in the tree house that was the most secure and safest place, a hiding place for Brian and his partner, where they didn’t have to come out but waited for his enemy (Mike) to surrender.

Like Brian’s plan, a tree house is his own hiding place in which he could take shelter and keep secure from being spotted. What about you? Where is your hiding place in times of trouble, discouragement or embarrassment? Or Where is the place (the person or object) from which you can regain and refresh yourself?

    When face time of difficulties, there are always a person there I can turn to and rely on, and that is my twim sister. As having the capability to memorize things, my twin sister and I always play together, bicker together, and share things together; whatever pleasure things or bad things, we together take the burden. Not only is she a lighthouse who beacons all night long when I feel lonely, but also she is the intimate, the close family of mine.

    I always playing hide-and-go-seek when I was little.I often hid in my parent’s wardrobe.It is a small,dark,stifling hot place,but it’s also full of a smell of orange,that is the smell of clothes.That make me feel relieved and calm.Therefore,if I felt upset,worried about something or after an argument,I would went to the small wardrobe.The smell of my parent’s can always make me feel better.

    When I was a little girl. I like to play hide-and-go-seek. And my hiding place is my mother’s closet. My mother’s closet was filled with clothes. Once I hide in my mom’s closet, there was no one can found me. So I think the closet is the best place that I can hide.

    There are many difficulties in our life,and we should find a way to relieve our emotions.So do I.

    It said that home is the best haven. I agree with this opinion. Home is always the warmest for me. I can do anything in my home like crying out in my bed or screaming to release the stresses. Additionally, when I get trouble I can’t solve alone, I will discuss with my family. They will find the best way to help me and comfort me. At home, I can do real myself and don’t be disturbed by something complicated. Briefly, after iresting at home, I believe a new me will show again.

    I would not hide in the tree house. It’s a place, which I couldn’t run away when I am found. Closet is a better place to hide because clothes would cover me. when getting into trouble, I will lock myself in my room . No matter who knocks the door, I will not open it until I feel happier or just sleep to forget all of the bad things.

    To me,the best hiding place is my room.When I feel

    As for me,the place where I feel relax is my room.
    There are no people and no sounds. I can do anything that I want to do. When I got into problems, I can stay in my room to think what I should do next. There are a lot of things I have to face in the future,but only my room makes me feel everything will become better.

    If I encounter something troubled or things that make me agitated, I will hide myself in my room. Because when I am in my room, I would feel comfortable and calm and then think about the problems more clearly. In this way , I might find a way to solve the problems more easily.

    I remenber that every time I played hide-and-go-seek in my chidhood ,I would cudgel my brains to find a special place to hide.The most occult place I found is dryer.No one can found me,but it is so dangerous.I was so crazy at that time.Now, I hide myself in the bathroom when I was sad.I can take a shower and cry at the same time without being discover.It is so privacy and convience.By taking the shower,I can clean something I worried about.

    I usually hide-and-go-seek when I was a kid.This game was so exciting that I like to hide and waited for someone to find me.I remember once I pretend a scarecrow and stood next to a statuary.Imitated its posejust like i was a statuary.It was so difficult because I cant move and breath so obviously.Foutunately , my friend didnt notice me and he pass me as if i was not a human being.It was a special experience that I was not hide during the hide-and-go-seek ,but I also could let people didnt catch me.

    When I was little, everytime my father blamed on me, I always hide myself into my wardrobe. Althought it is really dark in wardrobe, I feel more confortable inside. At least I can avoid the loud voice from my father’s mouth and get more quiet, clam.

    when I feel frustrated or face some difficulties,i always hide myself in my bedroom.My bedroom is like a shelter.I can cry out loud or laugh out loud.If my mum keeps nagging,i will hide in my bedroom as well because my room can keep myself away from the “noise”.

    I remenber that I always hid behide the door when playing hide-and-go-seek with my cousin many years ago.It was so amazing I seldom be caught.If I have trouble, discouragement or embarrassment,I think I will talk to my friends.They will listen to me and help me to suffer bad times.Even it isn’t work,there is always a place to go.My family always cheer me up when I am having trouble.So,home is the best place to hide my myself whatever I am disppointed or not.

    When I am in a low spirit, I always take a walk and sing a song at the park. Because I think that can makes me feel more comfortable, I will have more energy to face some difficulties that I meet. I think park is the best place for me to hide in.

    When I suffered frustraction, I would sit on my room’s floor with the light turning down. As I sat on the floor, I would make my thought clear. After few minutes, I would feel better and more comfortable.

    If I were them, I would hide in the closet. Because you can hide among the clothes and it is not easy to be found.
    When I encounter the difficulties or frustrations, I will stay in my room to calm down. Because I can do anything what I want to do in my room. For example, I can play the computer games, listen to the music or take a nap. In my room, I can release my pressure and then I will feel better. My room is very important for me.

    My bedroom is the best hiding place to me. When I feel sad or frustrated, I would rush to my bedroom, lock my door, lie on my bed and turn on the radio all day long. In my bedroom, I can have some private space and do whatever I want to do without bothering. But usually, I would turn to my younger sister and chat with her when I am in bad mood. Somehow I feel better after that.

    If I was confronted with the problems, I would go to my piano room with the door locked in my house and play some music helps me to relax. I would try to play the piano with joyful rhythm so as to calm me down.

    When I was young, I usually stayed in my study when I felt frustrated or sad.
    My study wasn’t just a room to write my homework, it was also my refuge.
    By doing many things, I could precipitation myself slowly.
    Maybe it’s reading, drawing or even listening music.
    Though it’s only myself inside, I won’t feel lonly but ease.
    For me, the place I can shout loudly, cry deeply and yock is my study.
    Now it is also always be there for me.

    When I made some troubles or felt very frustrated in my childhood,I would run into my own room, lock the door, and hide myself into the closet. Because in the closet, things might be more clear. I could get some energy to face my mistake,too.

    When I feel helpless and disappointed, I would hide in my bed. Just like an ostrich to hide my head and not to open my eyes to face the problems. I can cry out loud and think myself as I am alone in my bed. As a result, bed is my best shelter to envade someting bad and make me feel better.

    I had a hiding place in times of trouble in the elemantary school when I was a child.After the class,I and a friend of mine went in a place which was covered by many trees.This was a secrect place of us . When each one of us ecountered with the problems,we may hind in this place and confort with each other.
    Every time I went back to the elementary school , I would went in that secret place and cherished the memory of my childhood.

    When I feel angry or depressed, I will hide under my desk. Hiding under my desk, I can calm down my mind and recalling the happening. Although sometimes I sill can’t overcome the difficulty. But I mood will feel better. It is a best place for me to listen to my own voice.

    If I were playing hide-and-go-seek,I would hide in my wardrobe.There are many clothes in it and I can bury myself in it albeit it is a little hot.When I was a little girl, I always hide myself in it when feeling melancholy.It was thaks to my sister that she knows me very well so I could unburden myself to her.And this memory is one of the best parts of my childhood.

    Listen to the sorrowful music and sing loudly.I’t the very useful way to vent my feeling.Sometimes i will open the radio and listen a broadcasting station to make me laugh. I’t will make me feel better

    My hinding place is my own room, because when I’m sad or feel disapoint I just want to go back my room alone to think about what can I do. I always call to my best friend to reveal what the emotion I have, she always can smooth my mood and tell me what to do, I am very appreciate she wants to listen my secret or something I want to talk to. Aftet I call her, I go to the kitchen and open the refrigerater to pick up the milk to drink, that will make me happier and comfortable.

    When I were a child, I played hide-and-go-seek, too. And my hiding place was the same as TJ’s child’s hiding place–closet. I often thought that is the most safe place that nobody could find me at that time. But when I were hiding inside, I always afraid that if I moved my body, I would make a sound. So any time when I hide inside, I never moved my body. But the result was that I were so hot.

    When I am out of temper or feel upset,l would not want to talk to people and go to my room right away.Although my room isn’t big enough,it is a warm place to make me relax.In my room,there is a good equipment to listen to music.I can choose any kinds of music which suits my feeling.With the song,I sing as loud as i can .I put myself into the rythum.As the song is in the end,the bad mood also got rid of.Singing a song is the best way to express my feeling.My little room is a unique hiding place to be myself and to think something complicated.

    When everyone is in trouble, he may want to find a hiding place or escape to somewhere. When I feel sad, I don’t want to talk to anyone. I always go for a walk with my friend in the evening. We usually go to NCCU, because we love it. It will make us relax a lot.

    Typically, people instinctively run to a hiding place in times of trouble just as Brian. I, however, don’t necessarily hide from my troubles; nevertheless I see it more of like escaping reality through my thoughts. When I’m in times of trouble I escape through my thoughts, which ironically isn’t necessarily escaping; because I begin to drown myself, repeating over and over again the predicament I am in. I feel like in this world of thought I am surrounded by guilt and judgment. Basically being entranced in my mind is almost as if I were stuck in limbo. That is my so called hiding place.

I usually find a place there can make me forget everything. there is no way for any one else to reached, there is my own refuge, there is my dream.At there, I will probably better than the truth.Sometimes, I will also close my eyes and wear my headphone, try to using melody return to normal.     My hiding place is my room when I get some trouble or feel disencourageous.I can lie in the bed to think and rethink what happened there.It is absolutely safe and undisturbed place for me.In contrast,bathroom is the place where I can regain and reflesh myself.I will take a shower for calming down and rebuilding my confidence once again.

    I had leraned piano for six years when I was an elementary student. So when I felt unhappy or depress, I always closed myself in the piano room to play it. The piano roomis my favorite retreatment. In the small space, I shared my sorrow and it always there to accompany me. Without any deny, the paino room is my hinding place.

    My friend and I had a secret spot which is on a small hill, when we get upset or confused by the reality, we go there and have a chat together or just sit there staring at the sky. but sometimes I will go to the book store to refresh myself, when I read something new I get more power to deal with the old problems that I have to face.

    When I was little. I always hide in my bedroom. I will play some toy and read some books when I feel boring. When I feel sad,I will also hide in my bed until my mood become better. Now I grow. I still like to hide in my bedroom because there is the place I can really feel relex.

    Actually, i only played hide-and-go-seek with my housemaid. And my hiding place is my bed. Also, when i feel upset, i will sleep on my bed and talk to my lovely dog. Talking to the dog can made me feel better. Because my dog can made me laugh.

    When I feel downbeat or upset,I usually find a tranquil place such as a teashop to meditate , to think about what I am going to do next and it usually works.I believe that ”Life will always finds its way out”Therefore,to me ,it is in my heart where I can find the true “peace” and refresh myself.

    The place I always hid in my childhood was under the table or the desk.
    There is not like some plases are too uncomfortable to hide for long time.
    The other advantage of hiding under the table is that I could see people who close to me from the desk towel,and I could run away before he or she found me.

    I think that home is the best haven. When I face trouble and difficult, my home always give me secure as a shelter. My parents let me feel warm, and give me confident to stand up again. When I got home I can release all my frustrated and relax myself. It’s the place that I can always rely on.

    I will look forward to singing with my friends in our choir when I am in times of trouble. Singing and being with them makes me feel better, and I know I can always ask for good advice from them. Many of my friends in the choir are mature and thoughtful. They know what is good for me. Besides, singing choral songs requires a lot of energy and concentration, so I can stop think about my touble temporarily. The other person I rely on when I have difficulty is my master. I am a Zenist. My master has a power that can keep my heart calm and protect me from being hurt by the troubles I encounter.

    My hiding place is in my comforter in my room. Sometimes I locked the door to avoid people came in. I could hide in it, so others wouldn’t know what I am doing in it. No one will disturb me, I think it’s really a good place.

    When I meet trouble, i always hiding at my own room. I don’t like another people when I am in it.
    Because I feel all of thing isn’t good at that time.
    Sometimes, when my mood is better, I will talking to my mom or friends because these are my best way to let me feel fine.

    Everytime when I felt upset my bedroom is my hiding place. Because I can be alone and think of everything in bedroom without other people’s bother.Bedroom is the place where I can regain and reflesh myself.
