Sense of Success

“You bear one another’s burdens. Help each and sustain each other; if you see one about to stumble under his burden. hold him up” (Ga 6:5). Learning a foreign language can be very frustrating and discouraging, so you and I as English teachers should know how to facilitate and encourage our students promptly and diligently even as the students, particular low achievers, make a bit tiny progress. They will make a big jump if they feel the sense of success or achievement.

Now i understand it’s hard to be an elementary school teacher.today some of the students didn’t pay attention on the class.we sang a song of “10 Indian BOyS” instead playing games. And bad news today was we lost Ss’ name tag just can’t find it anyway.i learned from other coleges about different kind of teaching methods.Maybe i will try to add into our teaching next time. The only thing i was glad some of students try to share feeling about themself with me.i am satisfied and started to feel have to put much concern to students.i will always remember” to learn how to teach, to teach how to learn.”
