  1. Everyone must have many kinds of pressure in the life. To students, the biggest stress is come from school, like tests or homework. Take me for example; I have an examination after a week. I am very nervous because it is the first test in my university life. And after this examination, there are so many report that I have to hand in, too. To overcome this pressure, I start study before two weeks ago, and finish the report in advance. I don’t like to protract a thing to a long time, so I usually finish it as fast as I can. And I think it is a best way to deal with the school stress.

  2. I have many ways to deal with my school pressure. First, I listening to music, especially Rock’n’roll,it let me relax for the moment. And I also go shopping to make me happier. Whenever I bought what I want, I felt comfort. I can do many things to reduce stress I had such as eating, writing, singing, and so on,but I think that sleeping is the best way to me. As long as I sleep for a long time, I will feel better, and I can forget something for the time being. So when I feel annoyed and impatient, I always sleep until I am ok.

There is no denying that we have many pressure in our school.So,dealing with stress is very important.I have some ways to cope with my school stress.When I feel sad with peer,I often find a novel in tragedy to vent my feelings.Sometimes,I am out of breath in study pressure,and I make myself to get alone to keep my thought clear,and sing the songs to keep my mood in good.Then I continue to my study.Besides,when I am in low spirit and it let me more and more down,I would scream at random in my room until I don’t care anymore.Handling stress is very essential for students.If we don’t deal with it properly,it should make us crazy,even commit suicide!

Actually,I am not good at dealing with stress.I am very sentimental so I am often under the pressure.Howevr,I have few ways to improve my emotion.Although these methods is not direct,they can help you more relax.One is talking with friends.I can share my mood with my friends.The other one is posting diary on the web.It can let more peple know my mood and someone may provide some ways for me.Importantly,finding a direct way is the best!!

Every time when I feel stressful,I will always find many ways to solve it, for example,I will call my friends,and tell them every feeling I feel and they will confort me,it makes me feel good.Except that,when I was alone and feel stressful, I will do some exercise to deal with my stress,I will go to the school to find someone to play basketball one by one,after that I will feel very comfortable and forget every thing unpleasant.

The most annoying is usually stress gets bigger because of overthinking, however I found this fact was not too bad. For me, the way how I solve my pressure is to listen to classical music, to play the piano, to chat with my family, and often to go shopping.     The way I handle the stress are listening to the music which mellow me out,see a comedy which let me think about that the world is not so serious,playing the piano which can off-load blueness,riding a bicycle to relieve boredom or weariness and watching TV porgrams.By doing so,I can find my energy back and find the solution to the problem which bring stress to me.

As I do that, I can sing with songs and free my stress. Playing sport can make me feel good, because I could let everything behind. After talking with them, we’ll chat and laugh while we are talking other subjects. If my friends or families have troubles, I’ll do the same thing to them and suggest them how to deal with their stress and troubles.

When I under the pressure, I always want to listening music or walking around which can let me feel better. And, I am appreciate that I can know some friends, when I share my feeling no matter good or bed to them, they always give me some advice and help me.I am not alone. By the way, sometimes, I will drew some pictures and play computer to abate my pressure, I think it all good ways to abate pressure.

  16. How do I deal with stress? It’s an easy question for me. I always laugh at first. For that, I can relax and think what I can do next. I tend to solve the problem that gives me stress. Only solve it then you can put it away. And if that problem I can’t deal with, I will turn to my father or my close friends. My father knows a lot of things and has many experiences that can help me to solve problems. Or my close friends can keep me company and listen to my sadness. When I tell them all problems that I have, I will feel better. When I was alone, I will sing songs and dance. That will help me feel relax.

    I usually deal with stress by walking my dog at the park, watching a movie, chating with friends, listening music ,reading books. These does help my problem, make me feel much more comfortable,relax~

  18. There are many ways to deal with different stress. When I need to do a lots things and I don’t know how to make it in order. I always go out to take a deep breathing to let me feel better and go back to make a list. Then I just need to delete it form the form step by step. If my stress form friendship or family. I will turn to my close friends or teacher to help me, or please they just be a listeners and tell them how I feel. Sometimes I don’t know why I have stress, I just go swimming, listen music, watch movie, or take a trip. Those ways change my bad mood to happy and feel relax.

  19. There are a lot of stresses that we have to deal with. Usually I like to listen to music especially my favorite singers, for example Avril, Jay Chou, and Rain…and so on. Their music always gives me power! Besides, there have another way to handle pressures.
    It is taking a walk and releases your tensions. Just leave those worry things away. Or you can yell out at a rangy place. The best way is that find someone to chat what you are worry about. You can talk to your best friend or your parents. I think that those different ways are the most wonderful ways to deal with those pressures in our life time.
