My Pal

Write a descriptive paragraph of one of your classmates or of a friend. You may follow the model composition below. Be sure that you use descriptive adjectives to describe the physical appearance and the personality of the person. 

Mr. Gong is my English Composition teacher.  He is a middle-age man of medium height and slender build.  He has straight dark hair, some of  which is starting to turn white, a round face with a tiny chin and a fair complexion. His most outstanding features are his dark and round eyes, and thick lips.  He always looks pleasant and always seems to be good-natured.  He is a neat and informal dresser, and he usually shirts and blue jeans. Mr. Gong has a clever mind and a nice teacher. When he teaches, he likes to walk around the classroom and pay attention to the students’ responses.  Mr. Gong treats his students kindly.  Most of the students think well of him.

    Alice is my classmate in my senior high school. She is also my best friend, too. She is as tall as me. She is a woman of average build. But she always thinks that she is a little heavy. She has short black curly hair, but sometimes she complains about it. Her most outstanding features are her beautiful, big and round eyes, and round nose. She is optimistic and she always greets everyone with a fixed smile on her face. She is a woman who is very cares about her appearance, so she is neat. She likes to wear skirts because she thinks that it will make her more elegant. She sings very well, and she is very proud of it. She is a confident and versatile girl, so everyone likes her very much.

    Mr. Shiu is my best friend who I have known him for almost seven years. He is one of my junior high classmates of tall and standard shape. He has a little curly hair and a round face. His most obvious feature are his round eyes. He always appears modest; however, he is so kind and lively that I always share something secret with him even though he is male. Besides, like me, he also loves music very much. We always play music together. There is nothing excellent when it comes to play wonderful melody with people who love music as well. Mr. Shiu is optimistic so that everyone gets along with him very well.

    Nozomi is one of my great friends since my early childhood. As far as I remember, she was always the tallest girl in the every class she was in. She has glossy black straight hair to her shoulders and dark brown eyes. She usually just wears light makeup, and I love her pearly pink eyeshadow she puts on; it looks gorgeous on her light dark skin. The most attractive feature is her sunny smile. Once she finds something very funny, it lets her laugh out for a while. In addition to her charming character, her vitality is very respectable. Because she is such an excellent woman who has been working as a prosecuting officer. Her career has been already three years,and it is obvious to find she has already gained her stable position. She gets brighter year by year, and always moving forward bravely.

    Tasha is my good and close friend in my teen-age. We studied at the same junior high school and senior high school. She is an energetic girl of medium stature with dark hair,olive skin tone. Her high forehead with a pair bright almond-shaped eyes are the most stand out marks of her. She is confident and efficient whenever she is. She dresses very casual. The best look is her bohemia style which is match her character the most. She is a strong-outside but gentle-inside person. Every time I have problems that she can always give me different opinions and good advices. I learned lots of things from her. She is not only a good friend of me, but a mirror, a teacher of me.

    Boris is my best friend in my life.We met each other by an accident,after that we became very close.There are many moemories that I could’nt forget between us.For instance, every time I have trouble he is always on my side and help me.I remember when I was junior,I was walked on the street and did nothing but look at the youngers next to me and they want to pick up wiht me so I had fight with them, Boris saw that and came to help me,finally we won,the youngers just ran away with hurt.It’s really unforgettable after that I know he is really my best friend.

    Jimmy is my best friend. We are junior high school classmate. When I was in the first grade of junior high school, I was elected to become the class leader. At that time, Jimmy always stayed by me. Once I had trouble, he would try his best to help me. This made me so grateful for him. We always played basketball together every weekend and discussed NBA. That’s really a good time in my mind. Now, I still keep in touch with him and he also invites me to visit Taichung, I think we will have fun when the day comes.

    Joyce is one of my friends. She is very special girl. She nineteen years old, and has long, black, shinny hair, and a pair of small eyes. Her skin color is just like Asia’s people skin, the yellow race. She likes to talks jokes to us, because she thinks we need to be happy everyday to through our life. She likes to wear a T-shirt and pants. She thinks it is the most comfortable dressing for her to wear. Joyce also has a good temperament, so she is very friendly towards us. I think she is the kindest person in the world.

    Winni is my first friend when I entered the college. She is not only younger, but also taller than me. She always has smile on her face when she talks to people and is easy to join a group. Of course, she is very friendly person and full of passion. Her appearance or dressing shows up her ardor. She dresses up with vivid colors and various costumes sometimes. Besides, she wears folk skirt with the necklace by her hands. Frankly speaking, I think she is a versatile and hard-working girl. When I chat with her every times, I get some information or knowledge from her. Therefore, I am glad that I have such a good friend.

    Bonnie is my best friend and my classmate of my elementary school. She is not very high and a little heavy girl. She has a round face and white skin. Her most outstanding features are her bushy eyebrows and big dark eyes. She has black long hair. Moreover, she is a cute girl. When she wears lovely clothes, she would look more beautiful and relieve her rubicundity. We have similar hobbies, so we are very much. For instance, both of us like animals and observe the change of the four seasons and read books. When we get together, we always have good time. In conclusion, I feel happiness when I have such a good friend, she’s nowhere to be found for me in the world.

    My best friend is Jenny. She is my classmate in high school. She has a long black hair. Her color of skin is very white. When I saw her at first time, she looked so indifferent. It made me feel afraid to talk to her. Subsequently, we sat together twice. Gradually, I was familiar with her. She is so different from her appearance. To my surprise, she is such a humorous person. She always let me burst out laughing. Whenever I was upset, she would confront me and sang songs to make me fell happy. When I said I was hungry, she gave me something to eat.     Ling, she was my best friend when we were classmates in Junior High. She was a member of basketball Team that presented for school, I was a spinter. She was tall (176cm)and brought up ironic phrase(s) or sentence(s) like; “how’s the air down there?” instead of “Hello” or “Hi”!! Even thought, she left me the deepest influence with her optimistic way of talking. And we promised to do our best to make each dream come true one day in tears!! I couldn’t reach her in following two years after our graduation. I kept promise to be the one I wanted to be. The first song I wrote that I meant to dedicate to her. I didn’t expect to see her again. But I hope she could sense the song. Knowing every single word I wrote is what I wanted to say to her. Or to memorize the youth we shared. My Pal – Ling!! ” My yelling voice breaks through the clowns to you with my promise, oh my friend,do you still remeber the bitter’n’sour youth we had?!!

    While I am third grades of senior high school, I knew a girl who sat in front of me. Before we became good friends, I always had felt joyful that I saw her every time. She is a humorous person. Whenever she spoke, I burst out laughing all the time. She is also a kindhearted person. She treated me so nice that I was highly touched. To my most impressive, I seemed to catch a cold for cough once. She bought cough drops for me and wrote short words. I will put those memories in my mind forever and not forget her kind.

    Daphne is one of my best friends in senior high. She is very tall and lean. She has dark hair and bright eyes. Her skin is brown, because she always takes trips three times a year. Daphne is good at drawing. Her works are gorgeous, and everyone likes her drawing style. It’s full of distinguishing feature. We think her works are unique and we will keep them forever and ever. She is also a sunny girl. We all love to talk to her. If we are depressed, she always gives us a cheerful smile and let us get away from depressing. She is our truly friend.     Tina is my classmate. She is a lovely and vivid girl, when you see her, you will feel happy. She is friendly. When you talk with her, you will not feel nervous and she can talk to you all the time. She is a good person that she enthusiastic about helping people. Sometimes I need some help and she always helps me. She always does her work methodically. I think that she also is a responsible person. She likes a feature of a cartoon which named Stitch, a very cute feature. And, she looks like Stitch.

    When it comes to one of my pels, Rou, she is so funny and sweet. What can i say about her more obvious? She has a stright and long hair, and she has a black glasses, also she is taller and thiner than me, actually, Ian envy about this shape which she has. When i feel upset, she always give me comfort; when she feel happy, she always share with me. To sum up, she is very considerate. I have to learn from her diligence, throgh she is very busy, but she sitll work hard on her school work. I appriciate this on her.
