A Spanish dairy farm has seemingly found the key to producing the best quality of milk.  The farm hands have been instructed to treat their milk cows like royalty.  Those cows like VIPslive at a five-star hotel.  They get waterbeds and electronic brushes.  During their milking time the cows have Morzart’s concerto playing around. 

The strategy of raising cows may be applicable to the language teaching.  Teachers are responsible for offering a relaxing and dynamic environment where students can communicate  and negotiate with other students or the teachers in a non-threatening way.
