While people around the globe are still grappling with the Virginia Tech massacre, NBC released the gunman’s  manifesto mailed to the TV station just in between the two shooting incidents.  It was expected that we could find the motive behind the shooting spree of how he did it.  But the answer is as common as you and me could offer – placing the blame to others.

When faced with difficulites or challenges, we tend to escape or even ignore the problems.  We think it is someone’s fault that causes me pain.  The change is on him or her, but not me.  We need to have a new perspective that we are the problem solvers.
