Glory of Hera – Challenge, Chance and Change

In Hera’s eyes, Heracles is a illegitimate son, a despicable progeny of her husband Zeus’ infidelity. So Hera was doing everything in an attempt to bring Heracles to ruin which instead (after performing 12 labors) results in his attaining fame and glory as the greatest hero of the ancient world.

In a sense, those of us will be indeed suffer the plight of Heracles in our life journey.  The key to ultimate success is to view our situation (e.g., suffering, affliction, or hardship) as a challenge. We can realistically take on these threats or challenges that are the chances to make changes for the better in our life. The name “Heracles” means “glory of Hera.” At the first, this seems to be an oxymoron; yet lastly, he truly is Hera’s glory. Can you become A glory of Someone, the person maybe is your parents, friends, teachers or bosses who bring you trouble, embarrassment, etc.?

What is your current challenge? How will you life be changed for the better by meeting this challenge? What is your change here? What are the labors you will face to meet your challenge?

    I used to be a trouble-maker when I was a little girl, I would probably fight in school with some boys or trick other classmates with some tricks owning to these reasons, my Mom had to go to school due to my behaviors.

    But I am now a totally grownup and I did have many good records on English-related competitions; even though I was a naughty girl, I made up my mind and decided to make be the “glory of My Mon.”

    This society have many different kinds of people. And some of the people are selfish and egotism. I just can not accommodate to it. But in another side, they are challenge in my life. It’s con change me into a chariety and patient person. I could found I was different than before, I can tolerant of variety of bad things and human . At present I am just a college student, I will face more actuality in my future. In fact, there are many challenges to faced with, and this is life. I think there would be happiness and love inside challenges.

    I think my senior high school was a challenge to me. Now I recalled the life of my senior high school, i found out that I grew up. It not only changed my personality but also was a chance to let know the people who came from different kinds of families.
    During my life, I’ve met some challenges. After each challenge, i would learn something and more maturer.

    I think my current challenge is that I can’t both take care of my study and my relationship with my friends.
    Recently, I am very busy at my homework and report. I only have very little time to get along with my friends. One of my friends facing a hard time, but I can’t stand by her side to cheer her up. I still try hard to show my concern to her. I think this challenge made me know how to balance my school life and personal life.

    the biggest difficulty of mine at this time is that i am eager for the great improvement on my all subjects but i have the wrong lazy attitude.

    recently, i skipped lots of class…. i did felt guilty because my absence.i should try my best to solve this problem of mind.

    The biggest problem I recently faced was to deal with all the presetations and exams at the same time.
    I think this was my own falt I should’ve start working on some of it rather then leave it until the last second.
