Pray At The Pump

Many American Christians have been praying at the pump in the wake of roaring gas prices. In St. Louis pray services were held at some gas stations to thank for lower fuel prices and ask they would continue to drop.

The Pray at the Pump movement arose because some Christians believe it was time to ask God to intervene instead of trusting in politicians. They claimed that the praying is helping since the oil prices have started to fall.

Paul told his brothers and sisters at the church of Ephesus, “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:18). If the Spirit of God leads, why not pray at the pump?
