A female college student found a US $3000 bag of cash in central Taiwan and turned it in to a local police station after the owner didn’t turn up to claim the money. After the local media reported the news, around 50 people telephoned the police station to claim the money. As police asked callers where they lost the cash, they could answer correctly because they knew the information from the media. But asked to show their bankbooks ro tell the police where they had withdrawn the new bills. they all hung up.

The Bible says that our heart is deceitful above all things (Jeremiah 17:9). In this case, why not call the police station to claim the bag of cash if I have the chance to get the money and not to be found? We Christians need to come before God frequently and ask Him to examine our heart lest we sin against Him.
