All the campaign activities finally came to a stop after a month-long bickering, slandering or perhaps finger-pointing; it seemed that all the people in Taiwan were on the campaign trail. Now everything has returned to normal; The sky is still “blue” and the grassland “green”.
But For Christians, how should we deal with to-be-or-not-to-be this type of issue? we, more or less, fight for particular presidential candidates. Yet, we should recognize that it’s not the end of the world if our favorite loses or the world will turn into paradise or heaven if victory comes for us. What we truly need is total dependence on God to deliver us not merely from our sins but our own limited wisdom.
